Experience the impressive power of water and join in a tour to the biggest waterfalls of Europe, which are beautifully situated in the famous National Park Hohe Tauern in the Alps. A walking trail ( entrance fee € 2.- per person) leads very close to different levels of the waterfalls and allows breathtaking views to this nature spectacle with its waterfall drop of 380 m (1.200 ft.).

Starting from the city of Salzburg we follow the river Salzach upstream through a gorgeous scenery until we reach the famous mountain town Zell am See. After a nice break, where you can   take a stroll through the lovely old town or simply have a coffee,   we continue our way to the well of the river Salzach, the Krimml Waterfalls. There you have enough time to hike up to the highest level of the waterfalls and you   have the possibility of a lunch break in a typical Austrian restaurant. The way back   follows a different route via Lofer and the Bavarian countryside (German corner as we call it) back to the city of Salzburg.
